আম খাওয়ার পর যেসব খাবার খাওয়া ঠিক নয়
বাজারে এখন নানা আমের সমাহার । এই ফল নানা পুষ্টিগুণে ভরপুর। আমে প্রচুর পরিমাণে ক্যারোটিন, ভিটামিন বি, ভিটামিন সি, আয়রন, ক্যালসিয়াম ও খনিজ লবণসহ শরীরের প্রয়োজনীয় বিভিন্ন পুষ্টি উপাদান থাকে। তবে আম খাওয়ার পরে কিছু খাবার খেলে স্বাস্থ্যঝুঁকি দেখা দেয়। যেমন-
পানি : কথায় আছে, ফল খাওয়ার পর পানি খাওয়া ঠিক নয়। আমের ক্ষেত্রেও এটি শতভাগ সত্যি। আম খাওয়ার পর পানি খেলে অ্যাসিডিটির সমস্যা দেখা দিতে পারে। হতে পারে পেট ব্যথাও। তাই আম খাওয়ার অন্তত আধঘণ্টা পর পানি পান করা উচিত। বিশেষজ্ঞদের মতে, এই ফলের মধ্যে প্রচুর হাইড্রেটিং শক্তি রয়েছে যা তৃষ্ণা মেটানোর জন্য যথেষ্ট। তবে যদি ফল খাওয়ার পরেও কেউ যদি তৃষ্ণার্ত বোধ করেন তবে কমপক্ষে ৩০ মিনিট পর পানি পান করা উচিত। বেশিরভাগ চিকিৎসক এবং ডায়েটিশিয়ানরা ফল ও পানি পানের মধ্যে কমপক্ষে ৪০-৫০ মিনিট ব্যবধানের পরামর্শ দেন।

করলা : আম খাওয়ার পর কখনই করলা খাওয়া ঠিক নয়। এতে বমিভাব হতে পারে। অনেকের বমিও হতে পারে।
ঝাল ও মসলাযুক্ত খাবার : আম খাওয়ার সাথে সাথে ঝাল কিংবা মসলাযুক্ত খাবার খেলে হজমে সসম্যা দেখে দিতে পারে। হতে পারে অ্যালার্জির সমস্যাও।
কোমল পানীয় : আম খাওয়ার সঙ্গে সঙ্গে কোমল পানীয় খেলে শরীরে ক্ষতিকর প্রভাব পড়তে পারে বলে প্রমাণ পাওয়া গেছে। আম আর কোমল পানীয়তে প্রচুর পরিমাণে চিনি থাকায় রক্তে ব্লাড সুগারের পরিমাণ বাড়ার আশঙ্কা থাকে। এর ফলে ডায়াবেটিস রোগীদের বিপদ হতে পারে।
